Create a Ukrainian-language package.
Translation from Russian is done.
We plan to develop and improve the translation.

I also somehow almost completely did the localization manually from JSON, but it was not worth doing, so I tried to do it according to the official documentation, but I could not import the translated xlf strings :(

Not at the moment, because we recently decided to do everything according to the official instructions and completely redo the translation, but I am very busy right now, so maybe in two weeks we will resume work on the translation. 80% of the way has already been completed, we literally only have to translate the lines with machine translation and translate the translations into JSON and that's it

Thanks for contributing! This repo only contains Language Packs of Languages that we support and maintain and we are not looking to expand that list at this time. I hope that changes soon, but it comes at a cost to an otherwise free product.

With that said, you are more than welcome to publish your Language Pack extension to the VS Code Marketplace:
