Unable to find updates of the NuGets

When I updated the NuGet packages for the projects in the solution the C# Dev Kit unable to find updates for few of the packages. For some packages it find update in one project but does not in another project. In one project it shows all the NuGets are updated but they were not. After each update from the command pallette a error windows popups with the following message:

Failed to restore NuGet packages for the solution.

Finally I check the updates from the NuGet website and manually updated the packages in the csproj files.
