Remove nodejs 20 package and make nodejs 24 as default nodejs package

Summary

Remove nodejs 20 as it will become EOL on 30th April and we would also align its removal by april END, our may release. Nodejs 24 will replace nodejs 20 going forward for Azurelinux 3.0.
