Steps to reproduce

Once PowerToys Run in invoked after system start it has a transparent fluent look which is fine. However after changing display setting (Dark, Light or even System default) it loses the transparency.

There is another issue where it sometimes displays kind of the title bar in the background which doesn't look nice at all.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Sometimes (very rarely) I get the expected behaviour which is the fluent design and no title bar as mentioned above. I couldn't get while writing this issue so I can't include the screenshot.

❌ Actual Behavior

Very random appearance. I suggest that you add a specific setting to enable or disable transparency as in windows terminal as well as make sure the imaginary title bar doesn't appear.
