This pull request primarily modifies the
arcExtensionRelease.shscript in thedeployment/arc-k8s-extension-release-v2/ServiceGroupRoot/Scriptsdirectory. The most significant change is the switch from using a service principal for Azure CLI login to using Managed Identity.deployment/arc-k8s-extension-release-v2/ServiceGroupRoot/Scripts/arcExtensionRelease.sh: Replaced service principal login with Managed Identity login. The new login process includes a retry mechanism to handle potential failures, as referenced in a StackOverflow link. If the login fails after 5 attempts, the script will exit with an error.
