e.g.

How to retrieve a factoid

Format: <subject>?

e.g.

[21:53] <chloey> microamp said everything is awesome

How to store a reply

Format: chloey: <subject> is <reply><factoid>

e.g.

[21:39] <microamp> chloey: dumb bot is <reply>stupid human

How to retrieve a reply

Format: subject

e.g.

[21:39] <microamp> dumb bot
[21:39] <chloey> stupid human
