Fixed packaging, should be a standalone windows executable now
Added clock tolerance to prevent errors where tokens appear to be from the future
Switched from browser emulation to direct http requests
Added additional hints to common errors

There is a warning message when launching, doesn't seem to break anything. not sure how to disable it 🤷
