This PR integrates Vitest as our testing framework for React components and unit testing.

  • Added Vitest configuration to our existing Vite setup
  • Installed required dependencies as dev dependencies (vitest, happy-dom, testing-library)
  • Created test utilities for rendering components with context

I wasn't sure if I wanted to add it to CI/CD right away, but lets do that and see how it goes.
