Phase 1: Given two tokenised cpp code files compare them to detect plagiarism (prioritise accuratly)
Phase 2: Given a stream of cpp files, detect plagiarism wrt all previous files (prioritise time efficiency)
Phase 3: Hack other plagiarism detectors
