ECOPROJECT-1469
In AWS clusters the Node health check navigation item doesn't show in Compute section, although the plugin is installed and plugin-manifest is successfully requested, as can be seen in browser devtools.
Removing the flag that enables the item only if the NodeHealthCheck CRD solves the problem.
There might be some kind of race condition creating this issue, it's pretty hard to debug since it's not consistent, and only happens in AWS clusters.
