ATTENTION! This extension override order state machine !!! (I must find out another way...)
Payment with contrassegno, direct payment to courier, incorporate his own compute method, at the moment only percentual on total order with a minimum import. In admin / payments add the payment. In checkout at payment step the additional cost of contrassegno will be shown.
BUG! master branch work with spree 1.0.0.rcx BUT NOT with the 1-0-stable.
