- Unify version number to 0.1.0 across codebase
- Add CHANGELOG.md following Keep a Changelog format
- Fix CORS configuration to use environment variables for security
- Add pre-commit hooks for code quality (black, isort, flake8, mypy, bandit)
- Create requirements-dev.txt with comprehensive development dependencies
- Initialize Alembic database migrations with initial schema
- Update .env.example with CORS configuration options
