Introduction

This composite action builds a kubernetes namespace based on inputs. It currently supports 3 flavors:

  • custom

Usage

Please see workflows dir for examples of how to use this action.

  name: Pull Request
  on:
    pull_request:
      branches: [ 'main' ]
types: [opened, synchronize, reopened, closed, labeled, unlabeled]

  jobs:
    context:
      runs-on: ubuntu-latest
      steps:
        - name: Example action
          uses: cloudposse/kubernetes-namespace-builder-composite-action@main
          id: kubernetes-namespace
          with:
            flavor: pr-number
            app-name: my-app
          # prefix: prefix
          # suffix: suffix
            deny-list: kube-system,kube-public,default
