As this Issue #160 points out, the new docker -H flag can directly address a ssh:// scheme to connect to a remote daemon without setting up a remote docker-machine. Hence, much simplified. This PR will allow to use
UseSsh
as with docker-machine. But if providing a ssh:// instead of IP address it assumes this simplified new -H flag support.
