  • this makes 'Power Drift - Link Version' playable in LAN (setup dips correctly!)
  • for some reason I have yet to determine, comm_framesync causes issues in multithreaded mode, hence this one uses a polled context instead.
  • to be multithreaded at a later point.
  • mb89372 is commented out for now.

( this is a spin-off of #13421 )

- got rid of the multithreaded code, as it clashes with framesync (to be debugged)
- better logging (if enabled)
- use a small delay while initiating connection.
