What Happened?

Typing some in-line Latex and when trying to close, added $$ instead of overwriting the auto-closing $$ resulting in a line with 4 $ at the end.

Reproduce the Bug

  1. Type $$
  2. A closing $$ will appear
  3. When finished typing Tex, and entering $$ it adds those in as extra elements, ending with four '$'

Expected Behavior

SImilar to when doing a tag #[[, when I type ]] I expect it to overwrite the auto-inserted ]].
Instead i either need to comman delete and re-type or command-arrow to jymp to the end of the line and it disrupts my typing flow.
