IFS Release 1.4

This release introduces direct support for Ken Shirriff's BeagleBone-based Alto Ethernet Adapter (https://github.com/shirriff/alto-ethernet-interface) as well as the MicrocodeBootRequest protocol, which allows IFS to boot Dolphin and Dorado hardware.
