Hello again! Here's another batch of updates for the Simple Timer applet.

Features:

Add custom notification message setting
Enable mouse scrolling over clock digits to adjust timer

Fixes:

Slightly larger clock font size for readability
Prevent clock digits from overflowing outside their StLabel wrappers
General styling cleanup
