I'm lazy and want to automate more of the update process. Dependabot is quite limited in this respective so I'm switching to using Renovate.
I'm also adding an extra test to the linter to make sure the Ghostfolio version in the Dockerfile matches the version in
build.jsonwhich is used for the Ghostfolio version badge in the README.Closes #21
