Installation

Install deepjet-geometric from github:

git clone https://github.com/lgray/deepjet-geometric.git
cd deepjet-geometric
pip install -e .

Strict dependencies

• Python (3.6+)

The following are installed automatically when you install coffea with pip:

• pytorch (1.5+);
• pytorch-geometric (1.6+)
• and other utility packages, as enumerated in setup.py.
