Multi-language unicode file paths and UTF-8 script encoding support

This stable release supports js files with UTF-8 characters and updates d2bs to work with file paths with unicode characters.

• new UI, resize code changed, consolidated console/items found
• new cdkey/schedules interface, supports import from csv, type name in "Open" window for new list
• added patch.json, loads window patches to start hidden dynamically data for version 1.13d and 1.14d exist, can be updated without change to binary
• new version selection in settings (pick 1.14d if that is what you are planning on running)

D2BS:

• updated ptrs, patches to 1.14d from Tye
• added realmpacket event to capture mcp packets
• added cachefix, multi, sleep to d2bs, remove d2m dependency

Kolbot:

• fixed cubing and stashing
• added D2BotPubJoin.dbj from core15 to master
• master is now fully up to date
