This change tightens up on typing for BlueZ requests enforcing conformation to the Variant type as all expected values will be variants. Also fixes some issues in writing where the device address was not adequatly being awaited
This update restructures the test to conform to the new changes including providing the server-level callbacks on server object construction/definition and callback request/session parameters
