Added 2 new Frontend projects which are 1) Weather Application - which is built with a user friendly interface and gives accurate weather info 2) A simple calculator to perform basic maths operations.

Enhanced the Web-Development repo my added two new front-end projects.
1)SkyCat - weather Application - it is a weather app built using HTML, CSS, and js. It is responsive and user-friendly.
This app shows accurate weather data and also has the functionality to auto-detect the user's location. I used OpenWeatherMap API to get weather data. The site will also generate random weather quotes.
2) Simple Calculator - I built a user friendly calculator app for performing basic maths operations .
