Removed schedule as it wasted github machine time and would complicate docker updates in the future. Also added image volume to save images taken. Would recommend looking at @g0t4 #328 (comment) as its a cleaner version. For latter: may be make a new brach for full self hosting of the AI side of vector and iteration into home assistance. |

Added a docker volume to save the images directory between restarts of the container and updates of the app.
Also made a simple install guide for the docker app to be put into the wiki: #282
