This PR changes the field type from
stringtologicalcluster.NameinWorkspace.Spec.ClusterAPIBinding.Status.APIExportClusterNameThese changes do not influence the API, only the Go code.

logicalcluster.NewPath(ws.Spec.Cluster) => ws.Spec.Cluster.Path().Related issue(s)
