Summary

When using -parallel, it does not work with subdirectories/packages. It is set per package. So the result is still that all tests run together, considering every package has 1 test inside of it.

I noticed that the kind cluster sometimes fails to schedule pods due to low resources. I suspect that adding "root shard frontproxy" increased resource consumption to the point where a single-node kind cluster is no longer sufficient.

This should make tests run bit longer, but they should be more stable too.
