- Socket set (Mainly 21mm on the wheel, 14mm on the brake cliper)
- Spark plug removal socket
- Break bar
- Oil drain tray or bucket
- Oil filter remover (either the three arm type or chain type)
- Ratchet wrench
- Torque wrench
- Screwdrivers (possibly)
- Allen keys (possibly)
- Car jack and stands or ramps
- Old rags
- Tyre pressure gauge (optional)
- Funnel (optional)
- Nitrile gloves (optional)

- Not too hard
- Need to replace when 3~4 mm left
- Jack and stands, 21mm 14mm sockets, ratchet, torque wrench, piston wind back tool, brake lubricant and cleaner
Warning
- The back one is not exactly the same as the front one but similar procedure holds
- Need to apply lubricant on piston and caliper bolts
- Hand brake might not work well after replacing the back brake pads
- Not too hard
- 8 years (or depends on the coolant lifetime)

- Put oil on the mouth of new oil filter before seal it
- Don't make the oil filter too tight

- Anti-seize lubricant to prevent nuts and bolts from seizing in place
- Dielectric grease to repel water in electrical connections and prevent corrosion
- Silicone spray to lubricate windows and weather stripping
