Welcome to the wiki.
Here you will find all the explanations you will need if you want to use the application, or if you want to understand the explanations of the controls.
To begin, you can choose a page to read from the menu on the right, or you can read the short explanation below:
Django-check-seo is a SEO checker. It will analyze the source code of your page, and ensure that it is sufficiently optimized for search engines crawlers.
It will then sort the results in 3 different categories:
A problem is raised when the page lack something, or when something is wrong.
A warning is raised when something is wrong, but is not as important as a problem.
Warnings are located just below problems.
A successful check let you know that the program have checked something, but didn't found anything that could harm the SEO of your page.
If you click on a check, it will display the content it has analyzed, along with a brief description of why the check is needed.
Successful checks are located below problems & warnings.
If you want to know the reasons why we chose these checks in particular.
