Zeisel artifacts, version 1.0

Zeisel artifacts generated with the version 1.0 format. zeisel_tenx was generated with the usual SNN clustering, while zeisel-with-kmeans was generated with k-means clustering.

PBMC artifacts, version 2.1

PBMC analysis in v2.1 of the format. pbmc-combined contains a single combined dataset with a blocking factor, while pbmc-multiple contains multiple input datasets.

PBMC analysis in v1.1 of the format. pbmc-combined contains multiple matrices, while pbmc4k-with-custom contains multiple selections.

Assorted analyses with some of the usual suspects.

• A PBMC 4k analysis from the Matrix market files, loaded with both k-means and custom selections.
• A combined PBMC (3k + 4k) analysis from 10X files, loaded with both k-means and custom selections.
• A Zeisel analysis from the H5AD file, loaded with a custom selection.

Zeisel artifacts, version 0

Exported analyses using the Zeisel dataset from the random file repo. Made sure to run with both SNN graph and k-means clustering, settling on the former when exporting. The 10X version also contains a single custom selection.
