Badges Changed to Shields
Shields is quite extensible in many cases, supports many tools such as TravisCI, Coveralls, Maven or any code review platform, which makes badges quite customizable.
Position of Badges Changed to Under First Header
It is a common practice to have badges right under the first header in
README.mdfile.Style of Badges Change from Default to Flat Square
IMHO, flat is current trend as well as makes the badge readable. The original author has the liberty to edit this PR if he is not satisfied with flat square. Simply replace the text below with nothing in
README.mdin any editor or IDE:Added Maven Repository Badge
