Changes to handle USCIS APIs moving behind a Cloudflare WAF

  • Handle all requests through cURL scripts
  • Set headers on and persist cookies between all cURL requests
  • Limit max-parallel to 2
  • Turn off the UnsafeLegacyRenegotiation workaround
