It's a dump (in csv tab format) of most of https://insecam.org (2019.02.21) This site contains no hacked webcams, all of them just freely acceptable from all of the internet. This dump may or may not be updated in the future.

ip:port - webcam ip address
country - country according to insecam
city - whatever settlement according to insecam
image feed link - link to motion or motionless image from webcam
