This is on top of #3604
Currently there are some bugs in the runner image:
XDG_CONFIG_HOMEpoints to/home/runneradmin/.config, not/home/runner/.configactions/partner-runner-images#27/home/runner/.local/binmissing fromPATHactions/partner-runner-images#25This results in helm attempting to create a config file n a location it doesn't have access to. We could fix the environment variable
XDG_CONFIG_HOME, but let's see if it's fixed upstream.If we want to merge this we'll need to disable the CircleCI check which is now failing since I've deleted
.circleci/config.yml
