• ER and RNA were merged https://github.com/jump-cellpainting/aws/issues/74#issuecomment-1268358380; we refer to the channel as ER (so, no RNA features)
• All RNA features are missing
• A few other non-RNA features are missing https://github.com/jump-cellpainting/datasets-private/blob/c67b3376f5d7ef3f5a6df7ba84e58091af8b596d/biogen/outputs/cpg0016-jump/source_15/source_15_missing_features.txt
• Many plates did not have backend, only images; these were dropped https://github.com/jump-cellpainting/datasets-private/blob/c67b3376f5d7ef3f5a6df7ba84e58091af8b596d/biogen/outputs/cpg0016-jump/source_15/batch_folders_without_required.csv
• Some plates are missing illum
• The dataset appears to be otherwise complete

I'm not sure why the ER_Mito features are missing; there's a notebook that shows I renamed stuff to have those. But I don't think worth losing sleep over, thanks for syncing up!

Yep, no clue.
I verified that everything else in https://github.com/jump-cellpainting/datasets/tree/main/metadata is up to date.
https://github.com/jump-cellpainting/datasets/tree/main/stats will need to be regenerated at some point https://github.com/jump-cellpainting/datasets-private/issues/108

@afermg will merging this affect https://github.com/broadinstitute/jump_hub? Or can I go ahead and merge this now?

I don't see how it would affect it, unless the internal structure is different to the previous sources.
