HTTPS Everywhere for Internet Explorer, a port of the EFF extension
You need Visual Studio 2010 Professional to compile this project. You need NSIS to cceate the installer. Look at https://github.com/juliensobrier/https-erverywhere-ie/tree/master/deploy to download the binaries.
