Only using one CPU for atram_preprocessor.py

I've been using the --cpus flag for the preprocessor on my machine with multiple processors, but when I check the performance, the script is only being run on a single processor. This isn't an urgent issue, but I thought I would bring it up to maybe help some others who might be in a time crunch and could benefit from using multiple processors at once.
