Hi
I've put together a list with rough prices (in UK currency sorry!) with links to Aliexpress, all items currently in stock and part of their choice service so will include postage over £8. As you'll see from below, most of the items quantity are well over what you need, apart from the Pico. You'll be able to make at least 10, the PCB's generally come with a 5 minimum order anyway!
This isnt actually what I've personally used as mine was a combination of stuff I already had, eBay and Aliexpress but I've double checked and I'm pretty sure it'll all work fine. I also used an xStation QSB, which was the most expensive part, if you do use the QSB, it may or may not come with a ribbon, mine didnt so I have included links below.
Pico - £1.64 - https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005007393927221.html
0805 10uF - £0.98 for 100 - https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32964553793.html
SOD-123 1N5819 - £0.80 for 100 - https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005005707644429.html
0805 LED - £0.87 for 100 - https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005007252088951.html
SD card adaptor - £2.28 for 10 - https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005007041929288.html
20-pin 1mm pitch FFC socket, bottom contact - £1.11 for 10 - https://www.aliexpress.com/item/10000348360254.html
0603 4.7k - £0.83 for 100 - https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005006142628179.html
TO-252 7805 - £0.99 for 10 - https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005005872653015.html
20-pin 1mm pitch FFC cable, inverted (one side up, one side down), 200mm length - £0.97 for 10 - https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005007561337665.html
A lot of the above links take you to pages with multiple options so obviously double check.
If you dont want to use or cant locate the xStation QSB, you can use one of these: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005007081601754.html (20P 1.0MM With socket version) in a similar location to the QSB and the same ribbon. You can use this for the pinout: https://web.archive.org/web/20230223033837/https://mmmonkey.co.uk/xstation-sony-playstation-install-notes-and-pinout/
As for the PCB's, I ordered mine from JLCPCB, they were like $6 delivered for 5 but you can use who you like.
I hope this helps someone.
Thanks
