Resizing with touchpads on laptops

I know this is an issue but it's extremely difficult to solve this within the Electron environment today.

• Resizing on laptops with touchpad
• Mousewheel zoom seems to be malfunctioning... just acting as a toggle between 2 sizes
• Mousewheel zoom value seems to be unpredictable
