Tuleap Git Branch Source 3.0.0

⚠️ This release contains breaking changes ⚠️

If you previously had the plugin installed and configured on your Jenkins instance, you need to do two things in order to get it back to work:

• In Jenkins global configuration you should reference your Tuleap instance again
• In Credentials you should configure your Tuleap API keys back and use them in the Jobs
