Add supporting docs for 'Allow for more flexible layouts in layout.jelly #8794'

Updates the existing layout documentation to support the new, more flexible layouts introducing in Jenkins #8794. I've renamed the 'two column' references to multi column now, and also added guidance on how to create your own columns.
