Submission of Processed Annotated & Transformed Database fails

A very simple database of monthly PDSIs by country failed when I hit the SUBMIT TO DOJO button (after successful annotation and transformation):

An error has occured
Error submitting data to Dojo. Please contact the Dojo team.

P.S.- Actually, even though the error above occurred - the dataset seems to actually have shown up in the Dojo list of datasets.

@bagoodman it sounds like this is related to the issue with causemos notification and our need to get their IP whitelist up to date. The dataset is in Dojo but we can't notify Uncharted of it's arrival so you see that error. We're working on getting a static persistent IP address for Dojo to avoid this in the future.
