- use plantuml plugin. between `@startuml` and `@enduml` text will gnenerate uml image

@startumland@endumltext will gnenerate uml imageI want to document my *.litcoffee file with uml diagram but can't find way to do with marked parser.
So I change parser to markdown-it and add plantuml plugin.
remove option and code block about marked parser.
