Not really a Win32 user, neither a Win32::Console user.
But this module was assigned by the CPAN Pull Request challenge for this month, and I think every module needs at least a very basic test.
Unfortunately I do not know how much we can test automatically, so I stoped early, keeping only basic tests. But hope it can be helpful for bootstrapping more tests :-)
