On the various chains would suggest the subgraph is indexing multiple chains.
This subgraph only indexes multiple smart contracts on Ethereum mainnet.

Also, please can you fix the explorer link?

I made the changes to include the Ethereum mainnet and switched the explorer link to the actual one.
