Add fuzzing support for libheif
Build script build.sh with support for:

  • Sydr
  • Coverage
  • AFL++
  • Honggfuzz
    Seed corpus included
    TOML config files for each also included

Move all tomls from config directory. Change names: box_fuzzer_afl++.toml -> box-afl++.toml
Make libfuzzer tomls (box-lf.toml) instead of hfuzz
