Built with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, StormScope uses the OpenWeatherMap API for accurate, up-to-date forecasts.

StormScope

StormScope is a weather application that provides current weather conditions for any location. It is designed with a responsive and user-friendly interface, leveraging HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to deliver real-time weather data.

Features

Real-Time Weather Data: Fetches and displays current weather conditions using the OpenWeatherMap API. Dynamic Backgrounds: Updates the background image based on the weather condition (sunny, rainy, snowy, etc.). Responsive Design: Adaptable layout for various screen sizes, including mobile devices. Weather Alerts: Displays contextual prompts based on the current weather conditions.

Technologies Used

HTML: Markup language used for structuring the content of the application. CSS: Stylesheet language used for designing the user interface and layout. JavaScript: Programming language used for fetching weather data from the API and updating the UI dynamically. OpenWeatherMap API: External API used to retrieve real-time weather data.

Usage

OVERVIEW -: So I created this repo and deployed it and it is getting deployed but its not executing properly as the image, icons to visualise weather like clouds, sun, search button have disappeared on the deployed webpage which is probably due to incorrect file paths or images not being pushed which I am unable to identify and solve and considering the deadline so I am attaching a screenshot of what the web application looks like as well as a video of it when it runs on my local machine as well as on getting deployed.
