Discussion thread in #31

- adopt the RLP encoding scheme since we cannot use list type parameters in eventlog
- We need to define other names for receiver (token fallback) methods,
  since Python does not allow to overload method names.
- In this way, the receiver contract can accept both IRC-2 and IRC-31 tokens,
  as long as it defines both receivers.
