Since 21.10 the package libdc1394 has superseded libdc1394-22

In the gocv directory with its files (for me it is $GOPATH/pkg/mod/gocv.io/x/[email protected]),run the command

sudo find . -type f -exec sed -i 's/libdc1394-22-dev/libdc1394-dev/g' {} \;
