Introduces EXA_API_KEY to .env and config, and injects the key as a query parameter for mcp.exa.ai server URLs in runMcpFlow. Adds utility to detect Exa MCP servers and ensures best-effort key injection without breaking existing flows.
Replaces references to the Exa MCP server with the new Parallel MCP server in environment variables, documentation, and configuration files. Updates the API key environment variable from EXA_API_KEY to PARALLEL_API_KEY and adjusts code to inject the key as an Authorization header. Refactors related function and variable names for clarity.
