New Airios integration

Add Airios integration for residential ventilation systems. Airios is an OEM provider so this integration will support HRV units from several manufacturers, but this PR only adds Siber virtual integration because it is the only tested one.

The first patch adding the subentry remove callbacks was sent independently here #140137. I draft this MR while it is approved.
